Sense of Wonder Camp

Children learn so naturally with their hearts, listen so naturally with their minds. Sometimes all they need is time and invitation, the right place and right people to be with, to step into this world of wonder, the world of beauty all around us. This week for young campers unfolds in a smorgasbord of sensory-awareness activities, spiced with stories and songs. Joseph Cornell’s “Flow Learning” provides foundation to all the Nature activities, animal games, mystery trails and scavenger hunts in store for our young explorers of Sense of Wonder Camp. Off we go on an exploration to the fields and streams, off we go to find the world of all our senses. This is going to be fun!

Activities may include:

Camera games
Nature Bingo
Barefoot Walk
Build a Tree
Guided Imageries
Drawing a letter for a fairy
Building a home for a fairy
And much more!
