Spirit of the Scout

Stealth.
Invisibility.
Evasion.
Survival.
These are the skills of the ancient scouts.

This summer, you can push yourself to your limits, learning these skills at our unique Spirit of the Scout quest. Travel in a small group through the forest, practicing teamwork, stealth and strategy as you learn the secrets of high speed wilderness survival.

The Native Scouts were the eyes and ears of their people. Traveling alone or as a team, the scouts would move like shadows through the forest. Unseen and unsuspected, the ancient scouts worked to ensure the safe passage and survival of their people. The scouts’ skills in the wilderness were unmatched. Many scouts had the ability to sense what was on the landscape unsing techniques that go well outside of our normal range of senses. You will also expand your sensory awareness as you rise to meet the challenges we pose.

Come join us as we re-create the adventure of becoming shadows on the landscape.
